KastKing ReKon Saltwater Spinning Rod & Reel Combo – Graphite Blank, Carbon Drag

The KastKing ReKon Saltwater Rod & Reel Combo is built for power, durability, and performance in harsh saltwater conditions. Whether targeting striped bass, redfish, king mackerel, or even Atlantic bluefin tuna, this combo delivers the strength and control needed for success. The ReKon spinning reel offers powerful drag performance across sizes: 3000/4000 provide up to 30 lbs with a 2-disc carbon fiber system, 5000/6000 deliver 40 lbs with a 3-disc setup, and the 8000 size reaches 55 lbs with a 5-disc system—giving you the stopping power to handle big fish. Built with a manganese brass pinion gear, hardened brass main gear, and reinforced stainless steel main shaft, it is designed for long-lasting reliability. Equipped with 5+1 double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings and a corrosion-resistant polymer bearing in the bail, the reel ensures smooth, reliable performance even in saltwater environments. The lightweight NyliTech frame and rotor provide strength without excess weight, while the one-piece bail design reduces tangles for consistent operation. The rod features a durable graphite blank for the ideal balance of strength and sensitivity. Smaller models include 3A cork handles, while larger models use slip-resistant EVA grips for better control during heavy fights. A large fighting butt and extended foregrip improve leverage and comfort. Stainless steel guides with zirconia rings enhance casting distance and reduce friction, while the graphite uplock reel seat keeps the reel secure under heavy load. The ReKon combo is engineered to help you fish harder, cast farther, and land bigger catches.
