Ruffwear Palisades Dog Pack | Multi-Day Backcountry Backpack

Built for the Dogs That Go the Distance.

When the trail stretches into day two and the trailhead is miles behind you, your dog deserves gear that keeps up. The Ruffwear Palisades Dog Pack is Ruffwear's most technical pack — engineered for multi-day backcountry adventures where every piece of kit earns its weight.

What Makes It the Palisades

• Removable saddlebags connect at four points with an updated flopper stopper system for load stability and even weight distribution
• Two included 1-liter collapsible, BPA-free hydration bladders
• High-capacity compartments carry water, boots, food, and camp essentials
• Stash pockets and external gear loops for trail-ready access
• Padded handle and non-slip girth straps for controlled lifting on technical terrain
• 6 points of adjustment with a padded, contoured chassis for all-day comfort

Versatility Built In

Unhook the saddlebags at camp or water breaks and the Palisades converts to a Web Master-based harness — full freedom of movement without sacrificing fit or security.

Fit Matters

Limit the load to 25% of your dog's body weight. Use the sizing chart and fit video to measure correctly before your first trip out.
